- BaseService -- the parent of all services
- BlogService -- provides blogging functions
- DataService -- provides data abstraction
- TestService -- a sample test service; doesn't do anything
- UserService -- provides user and group management. In the future, will provide permission management.
- UUIDService -- generates UUIDs and looks them up
